About

I am a Spiritual Healer, Musician and Artist living in Konstanz, South Germany surrounded by beautiful nature, including a lake, a river, mountains and neighbouring countries – Switzerland and Austria.

I’ve always had a very easy access to Spirit Guides, Angels and Healing Beings because I was born clairsentient and clairaudient. And I have inherited my gifts from my great-grandmother.

With these inherent senses, I can perceive and understand what’s happening in your energy fields, aiding in the release of any imbalances and strengthening your self-healing powers.

Over the past 20 years (since 2003), I have offered my gifts of co- creating with nature and the spiritual realm as a Spiritual Healer to an international clientele.

Since 2009, I have deepened my understanding of creating an authentic, abundant life by studying Feminine Power – a transformative coaching approach designed to help individuals, especially women, tap into their inner strength and fully express their talents and gifts.

My journey led me to become a certified Feminine Power Transformative Coach in 2012, through training in Los Angeles with Katherine Woodward Thomas and her transformative methodologies. These teachings have empowered hundreds of thousands of women worldwide to create fulfilling careers or businesses.

As a Spiritual Healer, my work is about more than just success – it’s about aligning with your soul’s true purpose, overcoming limitations, and living a life of abundance, joy, and deep fulfillment.

About my healing work

My spirituality is rooted in kindness towards oneself and others, rather than in any specific religion. I integrate many spiritual traditions and healing methods into my healing work to support daily practice for lasting transformation.

Many of my clients have been stressed out in their career or small business multiple times. They often felt caught between trying to fit in and doing everything as asked, leading to depletion, or staying true to themselves and facing conflict, potential job loss, financial instability and missed opportunities.

My healing work is designed to address these specific challenges and it supports all of the more conventional healing modalities that you may already be using, e.g. western medicine, physiotherapy, naturopathy, herbs, teas, balms, flower essences, surgery, psychotherapy, stress reduction practices.

I integrate insights from the fields of Yoga, Transformative Coaching, Mindfulness-Based Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Neuroscience and Evolutionary Spirituality with a focus on practices that support long-term transformation:

Yoga: For body-mind connection and healing.
Transformative Coaching: For guidance on personal growth and goal-setting.
Mindfulness-Based Psychology: For emotional and psychological healing.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): For overcoming limiting beliefs and shifting mindsets.
Neuroscience: For understanding the brain-body connection and supporting healing.
Evolutionary Spirituality: For deepening spiritual growth and understanding the larger picture of personal transformation.

This healing process can create a solid foundation for navigating life’s challenges, overcoming fears of rejection, and building and maintaining harmonious relationships in your career or in your small business, and beyond.

A Garden in the Sky: My Balcony Oasis

My connection with nature and the wisdom it offers isn’t just part of my work – it’s also deeply woven into my personal life.

On my little balcony, I’ve created a thriving garden – a co-creation with nature that reflects my passion for balance and harmony. Using permaculture techniques, terra preta soil, and plant bags, I’ve cultivated a vibrant green space that feels alive with energy and connection. Each plant has its story, and by listening closely to their needs, I’ve allowed nature and Spirit to guide me in crafting this mini-ecosystem.

This space isn’t just a joy for me – it’s become a sanctuary for bees, bumblebees, and other visitors who find safety and nourishment here. Watching them revel in the flowers has been deeply moving, reminding me of the beauty in even the smallest acts of care.

The lessons from this garden inspire my broader work, including projects with my clients’ gardens. I’m exploring ways to restore nature’s balance, especially in spaces that hold old or challenging energies. My aim is to collaborate with the natural world – including the animal kingdom – to find holistic solutions that bring environments back into harmony.

This journey, which started on my balcony, continues to evolve. It’s a dialogue with nature that keeps revealing new insights, and I’m excited to see where it leads next. I hope this story, and the photos I share, bring a little inspiration to your day.

Healing the Feminine: Reclaiming Self- Love, Wholeness and Authentic Expression

Your relationship with yourself (body, mind and soul), with others and with the world is the area of your life that needs the most healing and tending to because the Feminine – and its related sensitivity – has been suppressed over the past millennia.

I work with sensitive souls who are ready to shift from an internal experience of limitation to one of wholeness and strength, embracing self-love, radiance, and creative potential – qualities often overlooked in a world that has historically favored patriarchal structures.

Through this healing process, you can reconnect with your authentic expression and begin to experience a higher level of relaxation, confidence, joy and grace in your everyday life.

My goal isn’t to push you to become the best version of yourself, but rather to support you in embracing all aspects of who you are, even the parts that make it challenging to feel loved and supported.

By taking this approach, we can establish a healthy foundation for addressing the complexities of your life, and building and maintaining harmonious relationships with others in your career or in your small business, and beyond.

That’s because the more you love and support yourself, the more you invite others to do the same: to love themselves and you more, too.

About my music and my art

Singing and making music is how I express my emotional creativity. I play various instruments (guitars, bass, keyboards, percussion), and I have been writing my own songs since I was a teen. My main influences are Jazz, Pop and Funk: Beady Belle, Torun Eriksen, Moonchild, Snatam Kaur, Wallis Bird, Sade, Prince, Omar Lyefook, Maxwell.

My identity as a musician began in the early 90s, when I started performing with my own songs. I earned my degree as a Singer and Vocal Coach at Jazz School Zurich, Switzerland and I worked as a Vocal Coach from 2003 to 2012.

I consider everything that I do art – including all aspects of my healing work. And I love to make drawings, paintings and (Polaroid) photos.

As my client, you receive free access to all of my music, videos, and artwork (including MP3 files, video files, and wallpaper JPEGs).

Further training

Over the years, I have included many beautiful new teachings into my personal life, and also into my healing work. Here’s an excerpt of the methods I studied:

Breath work by Ilse Middendorf, Transformative Energy Work by Kenneth Jover, Evolutionary Spirituality and Calling in “The One” by Katherine Woodward Thomas, Medical Assistance Program and (Soil-Less) Gardening by Machaelle Small Wright, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga in your hands (Mudras), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kinesiology, (Quantum) EFT, Feng Shui, Aura-Soma, Mindfulness-Based Psychology, Dr. Ramani’s “Taking Yourself Back: Healing from Narcissistic & Antagonistic Relationships” Healing Program, Ethical Marketing by Tad Hargrave, (Quantum) Human Design, The One Command, Hiro Boga and Ellie Seilern’s Deva Alchemy teachings

Also, I am

✶ an early bird and and a huge fan of the Green New Deal
✶ mildly autistic, e.g. I’m never absent-minded, but I might not always easily pick up on social cues
✶ a non-binary lesbian and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community (my pronouns are: she/her)
✶ an avocado aficionado with a deep love for tea and cookies

and I have personally healed from difficult life experiences, including childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse.

These experiences have deeply shaped my work, allowing me to deepen my empathy and understanding of others in their healing processes.

Through my own healing, I’ve learned how to hold space for transformation and growth, and I use that knowledge to guide others in their own process of self-discovery and healing.
