The focus for the guided healing prayer in the video above is on “Body Acceptance”.
My healing prayers are non-denominational and gently guide you towards intentional, meditative and spiritual connection. All prayers strengthen your own healing powers and they are both timely and timeless, meaning: you can receive these energies whenever you like and repeat the energy transmission as often as you need. This is my own version of Darshan, of inviting the Divine to transmit energy to you.
The recording of a new guided prayer will be uploaded on my YouTube channel every Thursday at 8PM CET. Each prayer has a different topic.

Guided Meditations
Heart Chakra healing with 432Hz music, nature sounds (birds, frogs, bees, and water), and Light Language Singing. Light Language is a powerful form of sound healing that carries information from other realms.
A simple practice to return to your body and the present moment. Many of my clients use this after sessions or in their daily rhythm.
This meditation guides you inward to access your own inner wisdom. Through gentle awareness and presence, you reconnect with the quiet clarity that already lives within you.
