Gentle Healing in the Background: A One-Month Accountability Program
This service is an extension of my Healing Vibes Remote Sessions. I noticed that Healing Vibes work most effectively when there is no personal conversation – when we communicate only via email and all healing happens quietly in the background.
This insight inspired me to explore subliminals. You may already be familiar with them: subliminals are spoken affirmations designed to work powerfully on your subconscious. They are embedded in audio files, inaudible to your conscious mind, and can be played on your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Subliminals are especially effective for achieving goals. They spark your subconscious curiosity about the manifestation process and help reveal and creatively overcome potential obstacles.
In my healing practice, I’ve found that the most powerful work is often not the loudest, but the most tender, soft and subtle.
I personally love this gentle form of healing, and I’m excited to offer it to all my clients – especially because I’ve been surprised by how well my subliminals work. This is largely thanks to my Spirit Guides team, who helps me (and you) craft these affirmations with incredible precision, perfectly expressing your heart’s deepest desires. This has been the feedback from my first test clients in early 2026, and it brought me so much joy.
And since I kept stumbling over the word “subliminal” in conversations with friends, accidentally saying “Sublimini,” I’ve decided to call this new service Sublimini MP3+Support. Now, at least I’ll stumble intentionally!
What You’ll Receive

My Spirit Guides team and I will gladly help you with all of that so that ideally you can be exceptionally good, proficient and happy.

Personalised Spiritual Support & Accountability included:
✶ Progress Tracker & Accountability Check-ins for 1 month: starting next month my Spirit Guides team and I will help you stay on track with achieving your goals and check in with you regularly via email (at least once during this month, based on your needs and personal preferences).
✶ Unlimited Guidance Chats: you can ask me any questions related to your healing process (via email, Signal or iMessage). Additionally, I will be sharing loving messages from my Spirit Guides that may offer insight and guidance, while also holding you in prayer, always with your well-being and healing in mind (at least one message per month).
✶ Flexibible Goal-Setting: you can make changes to one or more of your goals any time, and my Spirit Guides team and I will adapt to your new plan accordingly.
✶ Subliminal MP3 recording: you will receive a personalized MP3 recording with subliminal affirmations tailored to your goals.
As part of this service, I’ll serve as a bridge between you and the non-physical world that surrounds you – letting your Spirit Guides, Angels, Healing Beings, Nature Spirit and your ancestors speak through me to you. What comes through isn’t just practical insight into what might want to shift in your space or life – it’s also deeply nourishing for your body, mind and soul. Spirit knows you. And when Spirit gets a chance to speak with you in this way, something inside you begins to remember what true wholeness feels like: simple, grounded and quietly powerful.
You can continue booking this service every month. I recommend booking 3 months in advance to ensure you get the full benefits and stay connected with the healing process. Some clients listen to the MP3s for a few months before rebooking my Sublimini service. Others prefer more support and choose the recommended 3-month package all at once. Both approaches work very well. So, trust your gut feeling, and go with what feels right for you.
This service can be repeated for ongoing support and growth.
