The energetic source behind your pain is often related to trauma.
And oftentimes you deal with such pain in a really harsh way because based on how you were raised you wouldn’t consider some of your rather painful childhood experiences as traumatising.
This certainly was the case for me who grew up with a narcissist in our family who fortunately didn’t cause me physical pain but there was a lot of emotional abuse and unjustified punishment happening.
And while I was able to handle those situations quite well thanks to a lot of self-love, they caused me a lot of stress and tensions in my adult life because I didn’t know how to deal with misunderstandings in relationships, plus I attracted people who were blaming and shaming me in similar ways as a narcissist does.
For many of my clients, the disrespect they experience in relationships (e.g. being bullied at work) or the exhaustion they experience on a physical level (e.g. adrenal fatigue) is in most cases clearly related to trauma.
There is a way out, though, and then what used to be your trauma turns into a strength.
What I invite you to do is to get informed about what experiences can cause trauma and what symptoms trauma can cause. Don’t push your trauma away. Get proper help.
