My journey of following my heart began about 20 years ago when I was in my early twenties.
I felt so stressed out and exhausted that I decided to reach out for help.
And even though this process of healing from my stress and exhaustion took way longer than I expected, I do not regret my decision because from then on I kept practising and experiencing deeper levels of LOVE. And this creates a very relaxed, clear, connected, authentic way of living.
And I believe that what I began to uncover on a personal level is what we all continue to uncover collectively to varying degrees: we are victims of the misuse of masculine power, we live in a dysfunctional society and we have been conditioned to have a quick-fix lifestyle.
It sounds really depressing, I know.
But once you accept this as a fact, you will be able to remove this depression and remember how to create a better world for yourself and for others again.
And this begins by realigning yourself with your wholeness.
